SHIPPING & RETURNS

ANY WORN OR DAMAGED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. 

The merchandise must have the original tags attached.

  • You may exchange merchandise within 5 business days of receipt of purchase.

  • Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Returns will only be accepted after a return authorization request has been approved. Please DO NOT send any items back to us prior to receiving an approval. If you do so, the item will be returned back to you.

  • Once your order has been approved by a sales representative, you will be provided with a return address to send your item.  Please note that the customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs.

ORDER PROCESSING

  • All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 5-7 business days or sooner.

  • We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrect shipping addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email.
